Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days once dispatched.(unless stated otherwise on item description or special orders like pre-orders).

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on service selected (Standard or Next-Day).

  • Courier Services: We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and others.

  • Tracking: All orders come with full tracking. You can contact us for tracking details just email us on support@giovanniclothing.co.uk

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order, our courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery based on their policy.


International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location typically taking:

    • Europe: 5–7 business days

    • USA/Canada: 7–10 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and preferred shipping method.

  • Duties & Taxes:

    • Orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes as determined by the destination country.

    • These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


General Shipping Terms

  • Order Changes: Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to fast processing times.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect shipping information.

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of your expected delivery. We'll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
